Alex leads our procurement and M&A integration work. If you've got a post-merger supplier consolidation, a TSA winding down, or you're trying to stand up a procurement function from scratch, he's a good person to talk to.

He's spent the last twelve-plus years as a Chief Procurement Officer and M&A operator across retail, marketing, and consumer packaged goods companies. Strategic sourcing, value engineering, tail-spend, purchasing consortiums: that's the day-to-day procurement work. The harder work is synergy capture through M&A integrations and divestitures, supplier and org consolidations, TSAs, stranded costs.

Before procurement, he was an M&A and leveraged finance investment banker, then ran the integration PMO inside a Bain Capital portfolio company. So he tends to think about supplier work the way deal teams do, with a clock on it and a number to hit.
