Senior Vice President of North America Sales
Location: US Remote Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of North America Sales to lead our regional sales organization. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the company meets its ambitious expansion goals in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth across North America.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to align sales goals with broader business objectives.
- Team Development & Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the sales organization.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Act as an executive sponsor for top-tier clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Operations & Analytics:
- Implement data-driven processes and tools to track, analyze, and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and competitive threats.
- Lead the launch of new products/services within the region.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing large, geographically distributed teams.
- Deep knowledge of [industry/market] with expertise in [specific sales model, e.g., enterprise, SaaS, B2B].
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans while achieving measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience working with C-suite executives and managing high-value customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
