Overview: We are seeking a Client Experience Director with a deep understanding of procurement spend analytics within a SaaS based platform and services delivery model to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our procurement spend analytics platform and services, leveraging their expertise to drive adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and guide them in achieving their procurement goals and maximizing the value Green Cabbage can provide them.

Managing multiple clients with sometimes short timelines will require quick thinking and creativity to be successful in our fast-paced culture.

Key Responsibilities for Clients Assigned:

  1. Client Onboarding and Training:
    • Lead the onboarding process for your assigned new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the procurement spend SaaS platform.
    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions tailored to each client's specific needs, focusing on product features, procurement strategies, best practices, and optimization strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize onboarding processes and materials as necessary.
  2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their procurement challenges, goals, and objectives.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value realization.
    • Make sure all Green Cabbage contractual commitments and service levels are delivered to client
    • Seek to expand the value Green Cabbage can provide across the entire client organization
  3. Product Adoption and Utilization:
    • Drive product adoption and utilization by promoting features that align with clients' procurement strategies and objectives.
    • Provide guidance on how to leverage the platform effectively to optimize procurement processes, streamline workflows, and achieve cost savings.
    • Identify and address any barriers to adoption, offering proactive solutions and support to ensure client success.
  4. Customer Advocacy and Feedback:
    • Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing their needs and priorities to internal stakeholders.
    • Solicit feedback from clients to gain insights into their experiences, preferences, and pain points.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
  5. Renewal Management and Expansion Opportunities:
    • Monitor client health and usage metrics to identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities.
    • Develop and execute renewal strategies to drive client retention and expansion revenue.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with leadership to increase the relationship value to Green Cabbage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS industry, preferably in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement spend processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based platforms and technologies, their go-to-market selling strategies with the ability to quickly learn and become subject matter experts on new suppliers ongoing.
  • Discuss and negotiate contracts on behalf of customers when requested with measurable savings from our involvement
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport, trust, and credibility with clients.
  • Be likeable and provide high value with every customer interaction
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Client Experience Director
